During the week of June 16, 2003 the 8th International Festival of New Music in Olomouc, Czech Republic included the recording and premiere of Bruce Hobson's Morphopoiesis for large orchestra made with the with the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Toshiyuki Shimada. The recording was produced by Frantisek Poul and Vaclav Frkal.
